How We Handle Your Shipments
Shipping Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

This Shipping Policy outlines how FDS Worldwide Logistics processes, transports, and delivers shipments booked through our services.

1. Booking & Documentation

All shipments require accurate documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork where applicable. Incomplete documentation may delay dispatch or delivery.

2. Transit Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at booking and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, carrier schedules, or regulatory holds.

3. Packaging

Shippers are responsible for adequate packaging to protect goods in transit. FDS may refuse cargo that is improperly packed or poses a safety risk.

4. Tracking

Shipment status updates are available through our tracking page and client portal once the cargo is in our network.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the agreed destination address. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, re-delivery attempts, or special handling requirements.
